Sams Club Home Meridian Lift Chair with Heat & Massage

This hand control was primarily used on lift chairs sold by Sam's Club, Walmart, and Costco. It features a black "figure eight" shaped design, with the heat, massage, and zone buttons located on the top and middle, and the up/down and power buttons at the bottom. It is important to note that there have been several versions of this control over the years, and the button labels may vary across different models. The version we ship from the factory is the newest one, and if the hand control you have resembles the one pictured, it will be the correct one for your chair.

The hand control has a longer, straight cord that runs under the chair and plugs into a control box with a 90-degree, 8-pin plug. This has sometimes caused confusion for end-users, as they may see a cord coming out of the back of the chair that goes to the transformer behind it and assume that it is the hand control cord. However, this is not the case – the hand control plugs directly into a square, 5-inch control box mounted under the chair. To locate the control box, simply lay the chair on its side with the side where the cords go through on top, then follow the cord down to the box.

Please be aware that there have been multiple versions of this hand control over the years, and the button labels may differ across the various models. Some may have one zone instead of two, for example. However, we always ship the newest version from the factory, so if the hand control you have looks like the one pictured, it will be the correct one for your chair.
