The product package comes with a charger and a remote control. If for some reason the package is missing any of these items, we will promptly send you the replacement.

Regarding the charging information, the charger's light turns red during charging and green when fully charged. However, the hand controller's light itself remains off during or after charging. To check the battery level, simply press the "UP" or "DOWN" button on the controller, and the light indicator will show the current battery status.

If you plan to use the chair lift mainly for emergencies and not frequently, we recommend charging the hand controller fully at least once a month. This will help prevent deep discharge and ensure the battery is always ready for use when needed.

The chair lift is designed to be fully waterproof, allowing safe usage in the bathtub or other water environments, as long as the hand control is properly connected to the chair. You can safely submerge the chair during a bath, but it's best not to leave it submerged for extended periods after you're done.
